Mii LLC ("we", "us") handles the personal information of people who contact us, and the data entrusted to us by our clients in the course of our services, in accordance with the following policy.

2. Information We Collect

1. Information you provide through our contact form: your name, company name, email address, and the type and content of your inquiry.
2. Information recorded when this website is delivered and when the contact form is protected against abusive submissions: connection information such as IP address, browser type, and access time.
3. How this website is used (through an analytics tool): pages viewed, referring sites, device and browser type, approximate region, and similar information (see Section 8).
4. Data that clients provide to us, or authorize us to access, under a service agreement (such as data from advertising accounts, web analytics, and e-commerce orders).

1. To respond to inquiries.
2. To perform the services entrusted to us.
3. To communicate regarding contracts and billing.
4. To operate this website securely (preventing abusive submissions) and to improve it by understanding how it is used.

4. Handling of Data Entrusted by Clients

• We use it only within the scope of the engagement.
• We do not combine it with data from other clients.
• Except as required by law, we do not sell it or provide it to third parties.
• When an engagement ends, we delete or return it as agreed.

5. Handling of Data Obtained Through the Amazon Ads API

• We obtain data only from advertising accounts that our clients have authorized us to access.
• The data we obtain consists of campaign, ad group, and keyword settings; budgets and bids; performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, ad spend, and sales; and search term reports.
• We use it only to prepare reports for that client and to improve that client's advertising.
• We may analyze it together with the same client's own other data (such as its e-commerce orders or results from its other advertising channels). Even in that case, it is used only for the purposes above.
• We do not combine it with data from other advertisers or from any third party other than that client.
• If we use generative AI to assist our analysis, we use only services whose contract or settings ensure that the data we input is not used to train AI models.
• We do not resell it or use it for any other purpose.
• We do not change campaign settings without the client's approval.
• We retain it only as long as necessary for these purposes, and delete it when it is no longer needed, when the engagement ends, when the client or Amazon requests, or when we stop using the Amazon Ads API.
• We handle it in accordance with the Amazon Ads terms and policies.

6. Management of Credentials

Amazon Ads API credentials such as client secrets and refresh tokens are stored encrypted, and access to them is limited to authorized personnel. We do not share them with any third party. We comply with any rotation or revocation of credentials requested by Amazon.

7. Use of External Services

To perform our services, we may store and process data using cloud services and other providers bound by confidentiality obligations. In such cases, data is used only within the purposes described above.

8. Use of Analytics Tools

To understand how this website is used and to improve it, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, through Google Tag Manager.

• Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages viewed, referring sites, device and browser type, and approximate region. It does not include information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address.
• The collected information is managed under Google's privacy policy. For details, see "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services".
• You can disable cookies in your browser settings. You can also stop collection by Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

9. Security Measures

To prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the data we handle, we take the following measures:

• Access to data is limited to the personnel and permissions required for the work.
• Amazon Ads API credentials are stored encrypted.
• Devices used for our work are managed.
• Understanding of the external environment: inquiries and website usage data are stored and processed on cloud services provided by U.S. companies.

10. Retention Period

We retain data only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use, or for the period specified in the contract.

11. Disclosure to Third Parties

Except as required by law, we do not provide data to third parties without the consent of the individual or the client.

12. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, or Deletion

If you would like to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your personal information, please contact us through our contact form. After verifying your identity, we will respond in accordance with applicable laws. Complaints and questions about our handling of personal information are also accepted through the same form.

13. Revisions

If we revise this policy, we will announce it on this page.
